Xarvix provides an AI-powered growth platform for local businesses, including but not limited to CRM, voice communication, live chat, review management, social media management, and advertising tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

The Xarvix platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Xarvix platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data. However, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xarvix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
